Why we need you?

Here's the purpose of the role:

  • Driving revenue growth and brand presence of Learning Roots portfolio on all online, social, and digital platforms.
  • Developing and executing relevant and creative marketing campaigns for existing and new products.

What you'll have to do?

Here are your key responsibilities:

  • Create, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns, including budgets.
  • Develop and implement digital marketing & sales strategies, including social media advertising, email marketing
  • Build and maintain Learning Roots presence across multiple social media channels- Instagram/ Twitter/Facebook/Google etc.
  • Support the UK and International sales team to maximise channel reach - booksellers, schools, social media influencer reach, mother's groups, madrasahs etc.
  • Measure key performance metrics, including website traffic, audience engagement, bounce rate and ad spend return on investment.
  • Use analytics to identify customer trends, touchpoints and assess end-to-end customer experience across diverse digital and traditional channels.

Do you have what it takes?

Here are the knowledge and skill requirements for the role:

  • 2-5 years experience in digital sales & marketing and or brand/ product marketing - preference in publishing/media sector
  • Excellent copywriting skills
  • Experience with website analytics, social media platforms and digital advertising
  • Experience in developing and executing successful creative marketing campaigns
  • Excellent written and oral communication/presentation skills
  • Understanding of the latest digital marketing trends and technologies
  • Strong analytical thinking skills
  • The ability to manage multiple campaigns and tasks at one time
  • Passion for books in general and children's books in particular
